Emotional Finale – Joestar Legacy and New Announcements

As the event drew to a close, JO☆STARS lit up the stage with iconic anime openings: “Fighting Gold” (Golden Wind), “BLOODY STREAM” (Battle Tendency), “STAND PROUD” and “End of THE WORLD” (Stardust Crusaders Egypt Arc).

Tears welled in Fairouz Ai’s eyes as she spoke about her love for JoJo and the honor of voicing Jolyne. Daisuke Ono concluded, “The ‘承’ in Jotaro’s name means to inherit and pass on. I hope to carry this human hymn to the next generation.” Okitsu echoed in unison with the crowd: “The hymn to humanity is the hymn of courage!”

The event also revealed that:

A Steel Ball Run anime is officially in production

A new JoJo mobile game will launch later this year

A THE★JOJO WORLD official shop will open at Shibuya PARCO this summer, featuring a new illustration by Hirohiko Araki

About Steel Ball Run

Set in late 19th-century America, Steel Ball Run tells the story of a transcontinental horse race spanning North America—the first of its kind. The protagonist, Johnny Joestar, is a former prodigy jockey who has become paraplegic. He teams up with a mysterious outlaw, Gyro Zeppeli, to compete in the race. As they vie for the grand prize, the race unfolds into a thrilling tale of conspiracy and ambition. The original manga ran from January 2004 to April 2011.
