The results of the popularity character poll for the manga "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" have been announced on the official X of the work.

This was organized to commemorate the anime adaptation and the 100th chapter of the original manga, with a total of 100 characters participating.

The results are as follows: 1st place - Himmel, 2nd place - Frieren, 3rd place - Mimic, 4th place - Mahat, 5th place - Fern, 6th place - Stark, 7th place - Denken, 8th place - The Hero of the South, 9th place - Zain, and 10th place - Aura.

The series has been serialized in "Weekly Shōnen Sunday" since April 2020 and is a "post-heroic fantasy" that depicts the aftermath of a group of heroes defeating the Demon King. The story follows the elf magician Frieren as she embarks on new adventures with new companions in a world without the hero.

With its unique timeline of "after the defeat of the Demon King," the series captures the hearts of many readers with its impactful drama, dialogues, magical and sword battles, and humorous moments that make you laugh, woven together by its characters. It is a popular work that won the grand prize at the "Manga Taisho 2021" and has surpassed a total of 17 million copies in circulation.
