About Blue Box
Based on Kouji Miura’s hit manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since April 2021, Blue Box is a heartfelt youth romance set in the world of high school sports. The story follows Taiki Inomata of the boys' badminton team, who falls for Chinatsu Kano, his senior on the girls' basketball team. As their relationship evolves, the manga delicately portrays their emotions and dedication to their respective sports.
The series has earned critical acclaim, winning the Global Special Award at the Next Manga Awards 2021 and ranking 4th in the 2022 Recommended Comics by Nationwide Bookstore Employees. With over 5 million copies in circulation, Blue Box has also captured fans' attention through collaborations like its 2022 campaign with "Calpis."
Kana Ichinose’s Comment:
"I'm Kana Ichinose, voicing Ayame Moriya. Ayame-chan appears mature for a high schooler but has an endearing, straightforward charm. Her expressions change so dynamically, which made voicing her so much fun. Ayame’s introduction will bring new changes to the story, and I hope everyone enjoys the developments in Blue Box. Thank you for your support!"
