Pokémon Launches Interactive Manga "I Can't Decide, Eevee!" – A 5-Part Series
To celebrate the beloved Eevee and introduce its charm to even more fans, The Pokémon Company has begun releasing a new manga series, "I Can't Decide, Eevee!", on their official X (formerly Twitter) account, Pokémon Information Bureau.
A Story Shaped by Readers
Written by Saji Komori and illustrated by Nishiki Suzumori, the manga follows protagonist Riku, who is unsure about their future, and their partner Eevee, who also seems hesitant about its evolution.
What makes this series unique is its interactive format: starting with Episode 2, readers can influence the story by reposting (retweeting) their preferred choices. These decisions will shape the outcomes for both Riku and Eevee, adding an exciting layer of participation.
Release Schedule
Episode 2: November 26 (Tuesday) at 8:00 PM JST
Episode 3: November 28 (Thursday) at 8:00 PM JST
Episode 4: December 3 (Tuesday) at 8:00 PM JST
Episode 5: December 10 (Tuesday) at 8:00 PM JST
A Special Day for Eevee Fans
November 21, the series launch date, coincides with Eevee Day, officially recognized by the Japan Anniversary Association since 2018. The date (11/21) is a wordplay on "Eevee" in Japanese (ii bui). Originally created by fans, Eevee Day is a celebration of the Pokémon's versatility and popularity, reflecting gratitude toward its devoted fanbase.
