【Demon Slayer】 New Illustration Released: Murata and the Hashira Falling into Infinity Castle

A GIF animation from the final episode of the new "Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc" anime has been released on the official X account. The animation depicts Tokito Muichiro and Kocho Shinobu facing off against Muzan Kibutsuji.

The newly released illustration depicts Tomioka, Kocho, the Hashira including Sanemi, and Murata falling into the Infinity Castle. "Demon Slayer" is a popular series based on the manga of the same name that was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from February 2016 to May 2020, with a total circulation of over 150 million copies. Set in the Taisho era in a world inhabited by man-eating demons, the story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a boy whose family was killed by demons. He joins the Demon Slayer Corps to turn his demon-turned sister Nezuko back into a human.

The TV anime "Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc" aired from April to September 2019, followed by the film "Demon Slayer: Mugen Train Arc" in October 2020, which continued from the final episode of the anime. The "Entertainment District Arc" aired in December 2021, the "Swordsmith Village Arc" in April 2023, and the "Hashira Training Arc" from May to June 2024. It has been announced that a three-part movie series "Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Arc" will be produced.
